History

Rachel Marie Dallis is from Hulbert, OK. She is currently the owner of Rachel M. Dallis Law & Associates in Tahlequah, OK. She graduated from Hulbert High School in 2007, Northeastern State University in 2011 with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts. She graduated from University of Tulsa in 2014 and was subsequently admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 2014. Rachel immediately began working at the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office, where she interned throughout law school, and was a prosecutor until 2018. In 2018, Rachel made the transition into private practice. Armed with a plethora of criminal law knowledge and trial experience, it was time to pursue justice for all.

Rachel M. Dallis & Associates opened its doors in 2018. Since then, Rachel has successfully been defending criminal cases such as First Degree Murder and DUI, to public intoxication in State, Tribal and Federal court. Rachel works hard to pursue the successes of all of her clients.

From working at the District Attorney’s Office to opening her own practice in 2018, Rachel has been practicing criminal law since she got her intern license.
